Craneberry Liqueur

Cape Cod meets Sonoma Valley with this ode to the Massachusetts cranberry. We start with a bold, overproof white rum, which is infused in our still with heaps of Cape Cod cranberries and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks. The rich, molasses-based rum serves as a solid foundation for the play between the tartness of cranberries and the dry, tannin-like finish of oaked wine. Craneberry adds an elegant layer to champagne, cocktails, or may be enjoyed neat after a hearty meal.

Named by early settlers of Massachusetts after the crane-like appearance of the cranberry flower, Craneberry perfectly blends tart and sweet in this superb and distinct liqueur.
